Kira Kerstin Fecher has worked independently since 2002 and has supported teams and projects in more than 30 corporations and mid-sized companies across 18 countries. She has lived in Germany, Austria and England.

As a business facilitator, HPI-licensed Design Thinking coach and facilitator of the LEGO® Serious Play® method, she enables participatory work in client teams at executive and team level. Her content focus is purpose, customer centricity, vision and strategy — leading interdisciplinary international teams to jointly owned results, and supporting the anchoring of those results in the organisation afterwards.
