Esther Rehmann

Esther Rehmann is a systemic coach and trainer with more than ten years of experience in leadership and training. She spent twelve years in retail as team lead and project lead for sales and business competence, with profit responsibility for a store department and a team of around twenty people.

Since 2020 she has worked independently as a coach and trainer. Her focus is leadership for new and prospective managers, team development, agile project planning, design thinking and learning design. She also hosts a podcast on vulnerability and change.
